– always have your thermal bag during pickups,
– the bag should contain dedicated slots for drinks and proper solution for order separation
– the bag should be big enough, so that you can fit the order (without crushing it).
The venue can reject giving you the order if:
– you do not have a thermal bag,
– the bag is too small to fit the order,
– the venue has doubts about meeting requirements for food safety.
Keep your bag clean and replace it if needed!
