Fleet change
If you’d like to change your fleet, please note that fleet partner changes take place once a month.
Important! You’ll receive your payment for the current month from your current fleet, so do not terminate your contract with them before the process is completed.
How does the new process work?
First, you need to get approval from your current fleet to make the change. Without this approval, the process cannot begin.
Once you have the approval, contact the new fleet you’d like to join and inform them about your decision.
The new fleet will submit the application form on your behalf.
After the month ends, on the first working day, the change will be processed in our system.
You’ll receive a confirmation message from us once the change is completed, you don’t need to do anything else. ☑️
Example:
You received approval from your current fleet on May 10 and contacted your new fleet.
The new fleet submitted the form.
For orders completed between May 1–31, you’ll still be paid by your current fleet.
Starting from June 1, your new fleet will handle your payments.
