Distances for combined orders are calculated automatically by the system based on data from Open Street Maps between individual points, covered in the order designated by the application.

🩵 That’s why in some orders we see the amount “smaller” at first glance, but only because a significant part of the amount for this order is included in the second, combined order.

Each order placed in the Wolt application is valued individually, based on various factors such as distances, number of active orders, point locations, weather and others, so that the amounts reflect the effort put into fulfilling the orders.

This means that you can process several orders at the same time, thus optimizing the time spent on order fulfillment. Pick-up can be from the same premises or from a different point.

The algorithm determines the order in which orders will be fulfilled, so don’t stress about anything! 
When handing over an order to a customer – make sure they receive the correct delivery.
